The HiTemp150-PT is a submersible, temperature data logger that can operate up to 150°C and has a 24” flexible, stainless steel probe. The probe is durable and can be spiraled, bent or angled in any direction, making it easy to log temperatures within bottles, vials or other hard to reach places. The HiTemp150-PT can measure and record data of temperatures between -40°C and 150°C. Users can select reading rate options from 1 reading every second to one every 12 hours. The storage medium is non-volatile solid state memory, providing maximum data security even if the battery becomes discharged. The device can be started and stopped directly from a computer and the HiTemp150-PT’s compact design and ultra flexible probe allows it to fit almost anywhere. The MadgeTech software allows users to view the data in graph and summary views and print professional reports.

The HiTemp150-PT-TSK is a kit that includes a HiTemp150-PT temperature data logger enclosed in a thermal shield. This durable system can withstand temperatures up to 250°C. The thermal shield can be easily removed from the HiTemp150-PT, so it may be used as a standalone data logger also. Installing the data logger back into the thermal shield is simple, just open the enclosure, thread the probe through the end cap and fasten the thermal barrier together. This rugged temperature data logger features a 2’ flexible Teflon cable and a 4" stainless steel sheath with 1½" handle. Thermal shield for the HiTemp140 data logger. Available with a vented top or flush top. The HiTemp140-TS is a thermal shield designed for use with the HiTemp140 data logger. This durable enclosure allows the data logger to be used in temperatures from –200°C to +250°C, making it ideal for peanut roasting, food processing, autoclave validation and other extreme temperature applications. To use, simply place the HiTemp140 in the IFC400 docking station (sold separately). Use the MadgeTech software to program a start method and reading rate. Place the HiTemp140 in the HiTemp140-TS enclosure and screw it back together. The device is ready to be deployed.

The HP-1 is an oven hotplate thermocouple that is designed for monitoring and recording the temperature of stove top griddles, burners and other flat surfaces. It can measure temperatures up to 390°F (200°C) and may be used with electric stoves. To use, simply connect the HP-1 to a thermocouple based temperature data logger, such as the TC101A or TCTemp2000, then start the logger. Place the HP-1 directly on the flat surface, and position the data logger a safe distance away from the heat source. Once monitoring is complete, data can be downloaded and analyzed using the MadgeTech data logger software.
