Mohammad wanted to know whether the Korean charcoal can really reduce radiation at home before venturing into the charcoal trading business. From September 2007 onwards, all goods leaving our warehouse/office will go through SureSafe or our exclusive QC system. Our goal is to make sure you or your client receives only good and working products from us as well as to use it once you receive it.
SureSafe is a Quality Controll System (QC):
1. Make sure the product is working properly
2. Make sure all accesories are included
3. Installation of batteries
4. Completion of basic configuration of the meter
5. Allow our technicians/engineers to understand your products so your questions can be answered easily when you seek support

From October 2007 onwards, all orders will undergo QC tests (we call this SureSafe test) before sending out of our warehouse/office. This includes making sure the product is working properly, all accessories are included,inserting the batteries for our customers and the configuration of basic setting of the meter.
