The COMBUSTIBLES (LEL/METHANE) GAS DETECTOR LEL gas monitor from BW Technologies is a personal gas detector that monitors for a broad range of combustible gases, including methane, propane, butane, natural gas and others.
The continuous LCD shows simultaneous gas concentrations from 0-100% LEL (lower explosive limit, the standard way of monitoring the concentration of combustible gases).
Alarming provides 95 dB alarm tone and bright wide-angled alarm bars and has an internal vibrating alarm for high noise areas. LCD Backlight: in alarm (auto) and on demand reactivation.
The unit is powered by a lithium polymer battery with a typical run time of 14 hours. Recharge time is less than 3 hours.
The unit is compatible with the MicroDock II automated docking test and calibration station. The monitor can also be purchased as part of a confined space kit which includes the combustible monitor, plus calibration gas, calibration accessories, flow regulator, hoses and tubing all bundled together in a convenient carry case.
The COMBUSTIBLES (LEL/METHANE) GAS DETECTOR LEL combustible gas monitor is housed in a rugged, highly water resistant IP66/67 housing with built-in concussion-proof boot. Other features include an extra-loud audible alarm, flashing LED light bars and built-in vibrating alarm.
