We use Nationwide Express to deliver the goods. Delivery within Malaysia (including Sabah, Sarawak) will normally take 1-2 days. Tracking number will be emailed/faxed to you. Or you may contact us for the tracking number.
Delivery Period
Ex-stock subj. to prior sales: 1-3 days
Ex-stock in warehouse: 2-7 days
Out of stocks/indent: Depend on items. Will be stated in our quotation. Some of the stocks are kept in the warehouse. This will take a few more days (2-7 days) depending on the pick-up schedule. For those items that are currently out of stocks, we will deliver the goods to you once it arrives at our office.
Shipping & Handling Ans: All goods will be packed in a box securely. The damage rate for the entire 2007 is 0% which means all the ordered items arrived at our customer's place safely.
